原子磁力仪灵敏度标定方法研究

STUDY ON THE SENSITIVITY CALIBRATION METHOD OF ATOMIC MAGNETOMETER

  • 摘要: 为了评价和对比原子磁力仪的实际性能指标,梳理了四种常见的原子磁力仪灵敏度指标标定方法:均方根幅度谱、噪声功率谱密度、基于线宽和信噪比的本征灵敏度、原子散粒噪声限。针对四种方法,采用非线性磁光旋转铷原子磁力仪的实测数据进行对比分析。分析结果表明,噪声功率谱密度是原子磁力仪灵敏度最适用的标定方法,能够真实反映原子磁力仪的实际性能指标。

     

    Abstract: To evaluate and compare the actual performance index of atomic magnetometer,four common methods for calibrating the sensitivity indices of atomic magnetometer are described:root mean square,power spectral density,intrinsic sensitivity based on line width and signal-to-noise ratio,shot noise limit.According to the above four methods,the measured data of the nonlinear magneto-optic rotating Rubidium magnetometer are compared and analyzed.The results show that the power spectral density is the most suitable calibration method for the sensitivity of atomic magnetometer,and can reflect the actual performance index of atomic magnetometer.
