斯特林制冷机自适应主动振动抑制算法研究

RESEARCH ON ADAPTIVE ACTIVE VIBRATION CONTROL FOR STIRLING CRYOCOOLER

  • 摘要: 空间机械制冷机产生的振动会影响空间探测仪器对探测目标的分辨率和定位精度,是制约制冷机空间应用的一个关键因素。为了降低斯特林制冷机在应用中产生的振动,将自适应主动振动抑制算法引入到系统中。分析了目前采用的主动振动抑制算法的原理和优缺点,表明该方法依赖于减振制动器传递函数,因而稳定性、收敛性受传递函数误差的制约。基于延迟补偿修正filter-X结构和仿射投影算法提出了自适应主动振动抑制系统,该系统由控制器、振动传感器组成。仿真结果显示,相比于常用的控制方法,摆脱了减振器传递函数误差影响的制约,稳定性、收敛性和鲁棒性更好。

     

    Abstract: Vibration disturbances generated by mechanical cryocooler are critical issue in practical application,because they will affect the resolution and position accuracy of the space exploration instruments.To reduce the disturbances generated by Stirling Cryocooler in application,we introduce the adaptive active vibration control algorithm into the system.This paper has analyzed the principle,advantages and disadvantages of current method.Its stability and convergence would be severely restricted,for it relies on the transfer function of the actuator.Base on modified filtered-x fast affine projection algorithm,the adaptive control system which consists of controller and vibration sensor is proposed.With compared to the conventional method,it can get rid of the effect of transfer function,and its stability,convergence and robustness are better.
