板式热沉温度均匀性仿真研究

Simulation Study on Temperature Uniformity of Plate-style Heat Sink

  • 摘要: 热沉在空间环境模拟设备中用来模拟空间的冷黑环境。对板式热沉流体分布与温度均匀性进行了仿真研究,使用气氮作为工质,研究了壁板间距以及氮气压力、流速对流体分布的影响。采用计算流体力学的方法,对流场进行了数值模拟和分析研究,获得了壁板间距、氮气压力和流速对热沉温度均匀性的影响规律。

     

    Abstract: Heat sink in space environment simulation equipment is used to simulate space cold and black environment.We made a simulation study on the fluid distribution and temperature uniformity of plate-style heat sink,using nitrogen gas as refrigerant,studied the influence of wallboard distance and nitrogen gas pressure,velocity on fluid distribution.With the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics,the numerical simulation and analysis of the flow field are carried out,the influence of wallboard distance,nitrogen gas pressure and velocity on the temperature uniformity of heat sink is obtained.
