喷雾冷却技术在航天领域应用

Applications of Spray Cooling Technology in Aerospace Field

  • 摘要: 喷雾冷却技术是一种高效换热技术,利用液体雾化沸腾换热将被冷却物体表面的热量带走,具有传热系数大、温度均匀性好、过热度小、临界热流密度高和循环流量低的特点,成为高效传热传质技术研究的热点。对喷雾冷却技术进行了调研,重点介绍了国内外喷雾冷却技术在航天领域的应用,最后提出了喷雾冷却技术发展建议。

     

    Abstract: Spray cooling is an efficient heat transfer technology that uses liquid atomization and boiling to take away the heat from the surface of the cooled object.It has the characteristics of large heat transfer coefficient,good temperature uniformity,and small degree of superheat,high critical flux,and low circulation flow.It has become a research hotspot in high efficiency heat and mass transfer technology.In this paper,a lot of researches on spray cooling technology have been carried out,and the application of spray technology at domestic and foreign in aerospace field has been introduced.Finally,the application of spray cooling technology in China’s aerospace has been suggested.
