功能化石墨烯光电探测器研究进展

Research Progress of Functionalized Graphene Photodetectors

  • 摘要: 石墨烯是一种具有零带隙能带结构、常温下极高的电子迁移率、极低的电阻率以及高透光性的新型碳材料。基于石墨烯优异的光学特性、电学特性和光电性能使其成为下一代高频、超快、宽光谱光电器件的优良材料。目前已有许多基于石墨烯的光电探测器研究,简要介绍了石墨烯的性质、结构和光电探测器的基本原理,重点讨论了功能化石墨烯在光电探测器领域的应用和研究现状,并指出了存在的不足,展望了未来的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Graphene is a new type of carbon material with zero band gap structure,extremely low resistivity and high transmittance.The excellent optical properties,electrical properties and photoelectric properties of graphene make it a fine material for the next generation of high frequency,ultrafast and wide spectrum photoelectric devices.At present,many photodetectors based on graphene are developed.In this paper,the properties and structures of graphene are briefly introduced with basic principles of photodetectors,then focus are put on the application and research status of functionalized graphene in photodetectors moreover,the existing deficiency and the future development direction are pointed out.
