高膨胀比发泡胶视比重测试技术的研究

Research on The Measurement Technology of Tap Density of High Expansion Ratio Foaming Adhesive

  • 摘要: 随着星、船等航天器研制任务的快速增长和航天器减重的迫切需求,高膨胀比发泡胶的使用逐渐增多,其中视比重不能准确测试制约着发泡胶的使用性能。根据发泡胶膜视比重测试要求,完成了发泡胶测试装置的功能性设计和机械结构设计,形成了一项发泡胶视比重检测技术,并且通过试验验证了这一方法的准确性。该测试技术在保证型号检测任务完成的同时,从经济、技术水平上都达到了很好的效果。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid growth of spacecraft research missions such as satellites and spaceships and the urgent requirement of spacecraft weight reduction,the use of high expansion ratio foaming adhesive is gradually increasing,among which tap density restricts the performance of foaming adhesive.According to the testing requirements of tap density of foaming adhesive,the functional design and mechanical structure design of the foaming adhesive testing device were completed,and the testing technology for accurately testing tap density of foaming adhesive was summarized,and the feasibility of this method was verified through experiments.The technical method has achieved good results in terms of economy and technology while ensuring the completion of inspection testing tasks.
