基于COMSOL&MATLAB平台静压气体轴承性能的分析

Performance Analysis of Aerostatic Bearing Based on COMSOL & MATLAB Platform

  • 摘要: 静压气体轴承主要为自由活塞式斯特林发电机的活塞提供径向支撑,是其亟待突破的关键技术。在介绍了自由活塞式斯特林发电机用静压气体轴承原理和基本结构的基础上,结合COMOSL Multiphysics与MATLAB软件,分析了相对进气压力、轴承几何参数以及活塞轴向运动等因素对轴承性能的影响。结果表明,相对进气压力、节流孔个数与轴承的承载力正相关;随着密封间隙与节流孔直径的增大,耗气量增加,承载力呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;此外,活塞轴向运动对静压气体轴承性能也存在一定的影响。

     

    Abstract: Hydrostatic gas bearing mainly provides radial support for pistons of Free-piston Stirling generators,which is a key technology needed to be broken.Based on the introduction of the principle and basic structure of gas bearing,combined with COMOSL Multiphysics and MATLAB software,the effects of relative intake pressure,bearing geometry and axial movement of the piston on bearing performance were analyzed.The results showed that the relative intake pressure and the number of orifices are positively correlated with the capacity of the bearing;With the increase of the seal gap and the diameter of the orifices,the load capacity increases firstly and then decreases.In addition,the axial movement of the piston also has a certain influence on the performance of hydrostatic gas bearing.
