泡沫金属换热器内流动与换热性能的研究进展

Research Progress on Flow and Heat Transfer Properties of Metal Foam

  • 摘要: 基于泡沫金属三维结构的复杂性,从理论分析、实验研究和数值模拟三个方面论述了近年来泡沫金属换热器内流动与换热性能的研究进展。基于多孔介质的流体动力学和传热传质理论,简述了提高泡沫金属换热器换热性能的研究进展、阻力特性和传热特性及其对换热器换热性能的影响,并结合泡沫金属模型,分析了泡沫金属强化换热的机理及其对流动和换热性能的影响,提出精细化处理泡沫金属的微孔尺寸和完善泡沫金属模型,研究了泡沫金属用于换热器方面的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Based on the complexity of the three-dimensional structure of foam metal, the research progress of flow and heat transfer performance in foam metal heat exchangers in recent years is discussed from three aspects:theoretical analysis, experimental research and numerical simulation.Based on the fluid dynamics and heat and mass transfer theory of porous media, the research progress, resistance characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of heat transfer performance of metal foam heat exchangers and their effects on heat transfer performance of heat exchangers are described.The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement of foam metal and its influence on flow and heat transfer performance are analyzed together with metal model.And we proposed to refine the pore size of foam metal and improve the foam metal model, the development trend to study the use of foam metal for heat exchangers is also discussed.
