折叠翼低温展开地面加载试验系统的设计

Design of Ground Testing System for Folding-wing in Cryogenic Environment

  • 摘要: 根据某型号折叠翼低温环境展开试验中地面加载的要求,通过理论分析和仿真计算,确定了折叠翼地面加载试验系统的参数,研制出折叠翼地面加载试验系统,并进行试验验证。试验表明,折叠翼地面加载试验系统对某折叠翼低温环境展开试验时进行模拟加载是可行的,引入的附加质量对某型号折叠翼展开影响很小,可忽略不计。该地面加载试验系统能对某型号折叠翼的气动负载进行准确的模拟,满足某型号折叠翼低温环境展开时地面加载的要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of folding-wing's cryogenic environment ground testing,the ground testing system for folding-wing is designed and its parameters are confirmed through theoretical analysis and simulation.The experimental verification is completed,the experiment result shows that the ground testing system for folding-wing is feasible and reasonable to simulate the actual loading,as the additional mass can be neglected and the ground testing system has little impact on the unfolding process.The aerodynamic load of folding-wing is simulated exactly by the ground testing system,which shows the requirement of folding-wing's cryogenic environment ground testing is satisfied.
