CPN药剂在真空和不同温度条件下输出力的试验研究

Experimental Study on the Output Force of CPN Gunpowder under Vacuum and Different Temperature Conditions

  • 摘要: 为了判断CPN药剂能否满足月球样品密封任务的使用要求,研究了该药剂在真空和不同温度下的输出力,针对火药在高温环境中测试的难题,提出了采用测试火工作动器输出力进行评价的方法。结果表明,CPN药剂的工作温度范围宽泛,输出性能力、一致性好,具有适应真空环境的能力,满足月球样品密封任务的使用要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine whether CNP gunpowder can meet the requirements of the lunar sample sealing task,Study the output force of it under vacuum and different temperature environmental conditions.Aimed at the problem of gunpowder in high temperature environment test,put forward the method to test the actuator output force.The results show that CPN gunpowder has a wide range of working temperature,stable output force,good consistency and has the ability to adapt to adapt to vacuum environment,which can meet the requirements of the lunar sample sealing task.
