一种动密封结构老化前后密封性能试验研究

Study on Sealing Performance before and after Aging of the Dynamic Seal Structure

  • 摘要: 动密封是机器(设备)中相对运动件之间的密封。目前,动密封结构的密封方式主要有金属密封和非金属密封两种。而在非金属密封中,则多以橡胶密封圈密封方式为主。介绍了一种航天用高真空动密封结构,以矩形橡胶密封圈为主要密封材料的结构及其密封性能测试装置,对老化前、后,不同状态下的密封性能进行测试,对测试数据进行比较、分析,得出密封性能的变化情况及结论。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic seal is the seal between the relative moving parts in the machine(equipment).At present,the sealing methods of the dynamic seal structure are mainly metal seal and non-matallic seal.In non-matallic seals,rubber seals are mostly used.In this article,a high vacuum dynamic seal structure for aerospace is introduced.The structure of rubber as the main sealing material and its sealing performance testing device are used to test the sealing performance under different conditions before and after aging.The test data are compared and analyzed,and the changes and conclusions of sealing performance are obtained.
