基于航天工程环境试验设备的调温热沉技术

Temperature-adjustable Heat Sink Technology Based on Environmental Test Equipment of Aeroaspace Engineering

  • 摘要: 热真空试验设备是航天领域必不可少的设备之一,所有航天器在发射前都必须在地面进行一系列的热真空模拟试验。文章介绍了国内目前主要的调温热沉技术,对不同流程的工作原理作了详细说明,并对其优缺点和适用范围进行了简要分析,为我国未来热真空试验设备的发展和制造提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Thermal vacuum test equipment is one of the indispensable facility in aerospace field,all spacecrafts have to make a series of thermal vacuum tests on the ground before launch.In this paper,the main technology of temperature-adjustable heat sink in China is introduced,the working principle of different processes is explained in detail,the advantages and disadvantages as well as the application range are briefly analyzed.Finally,it provided references for the development and manufacture of thermal vacuum test equipment in the future.
