碳氢工质R600a/R1150在低温冰箱中的应用研究

Application of Hydrocarbon Refrigerant R600a/R1150 in Cryogenic Refrigerator

  • 摘要: 采用碳氢制冷工质R600a/R1150进行实验研究,以低温冰箱为研究对象,对比分析了R600a/R1150与R600a/R23/R14两种混合工质在两级自复叠制冷循环系统中的特性。在不同工况下,对混合工质的几种质量配比进行了对比实验,结果表明,混合工质R600a/R1150在62/38的配比下系统性能最优,此配比下,系统在25℃环境温度下,箱内温度可以达到-80℃,在32℃环境温度下,箱内温度可以达到-77℃。在相同工况下,混合工质R600a/R1150的系统性能优于R600a/R23/R14,前者的箱内温度较后者低约2℃,系统充注量比后者少了36.4%。

     

    Abstract: An experimental study is carried out using hydrocarbon refrigerant R600a/R1150.The cryogenic refrigerator is taken as the research object.The characteristics of R600a/R1150 and R600a/R23/R14 mixed refrigerants in the experiment of two-stage Auto-cascade Refrigeration Cycle System are compared and analyzed.Under different working conditions,several mass ratios of mixed refrigerants are compared.The results indicate that the mixed working medium has the optimal performance under the ratio of 62/38.Under this ratio,the temperature of the system can reach-80℃ at 25℃ ambient temperature and-77℃ at 32℃.In the same working condition,the system performance of R600a/R1150 is better than that of R600a/R23/R14.The temperature in the refrigerator of the former is about 2℃ lower than the latter,and the system charge is 36.4%less than that of the latter.
