热控参数可调Al基复合热控薄膜设计

Design of Al-based Tunable Composite Thermal Control Thin Film

  • 摘要: 基于宽频域范围光学常数反演和光学薄膜原理,通过MATLAB编程技术,实现了Al基CCAl复合热控薄膜的设计。三种典型热控参数的设计结果表明,该膜系热控参数具有较大范围内可调的特点。三种典型CCAl复合热控薄膜的吸收/发射率比介于0.16~7.14,涵盖了绝大多数应用场合,同时,其较好的防护性能和可直接沉积的特性为其广泛的应用提供了支撑。

     

    Abstract: Based on the optical thin film mechanism and optical constants inversion in wide frequency domain,the design of Al based CCAl composite thermal control thin film is realized by MATLAB programming technique.The design results of three typical thermal control thin films show that thermal control parameters of the film system can be adjusted in a wide range.The solar absorption/emittance ratio is between 0.16 and 7.14,which covers most of the applications.In addition,its good protective performance and direct deposition characteristics provide support for wide application.
