空间环境模拟设备夹层式热沉结构的可靠性设计及工艺探讨

The Reliability Design and Process Discussion of Sandwich Plate-style Thermal Shroud Used for Space Environment Simulator

  • 摘要: 简述了夹层式热沉的性能特点,提出其存在的耐压能力和气密性等可靠性问题。对用不同焊接方式和成型方式制造的夹层式热沉试验板进行了试验分析,确认了不同的焊接方式对不锈钢薄板的损伤程度不同,进而影响不锈钢夹层式热沉试验板的耐压能力,其中以电阻焊方式最佳,激光焊和氩弧焊次之。无论哪种焊接方式,焊前均需调整优化焊接参数。其中,对电阻焊方式,合理调整焊接参数可使试验板水压爆破压力接近母材的实际断裂强度。分析认为板材厚度、焊点大小以及焊点矩阵间距等会显著影响试验板的耐压能力和安全胀形高度,建议取板厚0.5~2.5 mm,焊点直径取2~16 mm,焊点矩阵间距取50~100 mm,此参数范围安全胀形高度均大于10 mm。建议通过试焊试验板验证检验用不同焊接方式加工的热沉产品的实际耐压能力。热沉上各种开孔、载冷介质的进出分配管处以及封边等位置,若焊点矩阵完整性受到破坏,应补充焊点予以补强。

     

    Abstract: The performance characteristics of sandwich plate-style thermal shroud are briefly described,and the reliability problems such as pressure-resistant ability and air tightness are put forward.Based on the test analysis of the sandwich structure test plates with different welding and shaping methods,it is confirmed that stainless steel plates with different welding methods will suffer damage to varying degree,and then the pressure-resistant ability of the sandwich structure test plates will be affected.Among the three welding methods,resistance welding is the best way,next are the laser welding and argon-arc welding.Anyhow,welding parameters should be adjusted and optimized during the welding process.For the sandwich structure test plate welded with the optimized resistance welding parameters,it's bursting pressure under hydraulic bursting test can approach the actual fracture strength of the base metal.The analysis shows that the thickness of the plate,the size of welding spot and matrix point spacing will significantly affect the pressure resistance and safe expansion height of the sandwich structure test plate.Parameters like thickness of the plate,diameter of welding spot,and matrix point spacing are recommended as 0.5~2.5 mm,2~16 mm and 50~100 mm respectively.The safe expansion height within these parameters is more than 10 mm.The actual pressure-resistant ability of thermal shroud processed by different welding methods is suggested to be verified by welding test plates.The matrix integrity of welding spots cannot be assured because of various openings including the position for the inlet and outlet distribution tube,and the position for the edge sealing,therefore,some welding spots should be supplemented.
