铯束管的出气率模型及应用

Outgassing Rate Model and Its Application of Cesium Beam Tube

  • 摘要: 铯束管是一种密封的电真空器件,为了能够长时间维持真空需对其进行烘烤与排气。在此过程中的出气率是无法获知的。本文提出了一种出气率模型,只要读出排气系统真空计的读数,通过模型,就可以得到铯束管的材料出气率。本文也给出了模型的一个应用,发现如果排气系统真空度优于1.2×10-7 Pa,那么铯束管可以封离排气系统。文中提出的方法也可应用于其他电真空器件。

     

    Abstract: Cesium beam tube is a sealed electric vacuum device.In order to maintain the vacuum for a long time,it needs to be baked and exhausted.However,the outgassing rate in this process cannot be measured.A model of the outgassing rate is presented.According to the model,the outgassing rate of the cesium beam tube can be obtained from the reading of the vacuum gauge.An application of the model is also given.When applied to the exhaust system,if the pressure of the system is less than 1.2×10-7 Pa,the cesium beam tube can be sealed off from the exhaust system.The method presented herein can also be applied to other electric vacuum devices.
