气体作动装置在深空探测器的应用设计与验证

Application Design and Verification of Gas Actuator in Deep Space Exolorer

  • 摘要: 针对深空探测器在轨飞行任务中的物体转移问题,提出了一种气体作动装置,能够使空间中的物品沿规定的路线运动,直至达到接收容器。介绍了气体作动装置在深空探测器上的应用背景,给出了气体作动装置的理论计算模型,通过仿真,获得了真空环境下的作动力数据,并通过地面试验,验证了设计方案的正确性。分析与试验结果表明,采用气体作动装置,可以有效地实现物体的运动,简单有效,满足使用要求。

     

    Abstract: :Aiming at solving the object transfer problem in the deep space explorer mission on orbit,this paper put forward a kind of gas actuator,which can realize the object transfer following the predetermined route until it reaches the receiving container.The application background and analysis method of the gas actuator are presented.The force data in a vacuum environment is calculated through simulation.The correctness of the design scheme is verified by the ground experiments.The results of the analysis and experiments show that the gas actuators can realize the motion of the object.The scheme is simple and effective,meets the requirements,and has good application value.
