制冷机探测器组件降温时间分析与试验研究

Analysis and Experimental Studies on Cooling Down Time of Cryocooler Detector Assembly

  • 摘要: 以探测器制冷机组件为研究对象,建立了组件温度随时间变化的理论分析模型。基于集总参数分析法,分析了热质量、制冷量等因素对组件降温时间的影响,给出了组件温度随时间的变化规律。搭建了探测器组件降温时间试验系统,开展了不同的制冷量、不同的热容和不同的漏热量条件下的组件降温试验。通过试验发现模型能较为准确地反映试验系统的降温过程。

     

    Abstract: Study on cryocooler and cooling object,a mathematical model on cooling time of cryocooler and detector assembly was established.The influence of cooling capacity and heat loss and heat mass on cooling time of detector assembly were analyzed.Based on lumped parameter method,the changing rule of temperature with time was given.The test platform of cooling time for detector components was built,the cooling test of the components was carried out under the conditions of different cooling capacity,different heat mass and heat leakage.It was found that the model can accurately reflect the cooling process of the test system.
