一种提高氧化钯氢吸附特性测试准确性的方法

A Method to Improve the Accuracy of Palladium Oxide Hydrogen Adsorption Test

  • 摘要: 在常温状态下用定容法测试氧化钯(PdO)吸气剂氢吸附特性的过程中,发现吸附过程会产生气态水影响吸附室压力的测量,这种误差的累积最终导致PdO氢吸附性能测试结果不准确。研究发现对原有装置采用LN2冷阱辅助吸附室对气态水进行冷凝,可排除气态水对全压力测量的影响。对比分析了应用LN2冷阱低温冷凝技术前后的实验测试数据,证明该方法可以有效地提高PdO氢吸附性能测试的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In the process of measuring the hydrogen adsorption characteristics of Palladium Oxide(PdO)getter by constant volume method at room temperature,it is found that the adsorption process will produce gaseous water,which will affect the measurement of the pressure of the adsorption chamber.The accumulation of this error will eventually lead to inaccurate measurement of the hydrogen adsorption performance of PdO.It is found that the LN2cold well auxiliary adsorption chamber can be used to condense the gas water in the original device,which can eliminate the influence of the gas water on the total pressure measurement.The experimental data before and after LN2 cold well cryocondensation technology is compared and analyzed,which proves that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of PdO hydrogen adsorption performance test.
