一种用于空间环境模拟设备的新型气氮循环调温系统

A New Type of GN2Temperature Adjustment System for Space Environment Simulator

  • 摘要: 简述了气氮调温系统的特点及国内外应用情况,设计了一种新型气氮调温系统。介绍了该调温系统的原理、特点及流程主要组成部分,对流程的热负荷、降温速率和LN2消耗量等进行了分析计算,并对系统进行了测试。测试结果显示,热沉可在-175~+150℃较宽温区连续控温,在-175~25℃区间的降温速率为2~4℃/min,-150~+150℃温区内温度均匀性±5℃。新型气氮调温系统流程简洁,造价低廉,可满足多种空间环境模拟的试验需求,有一定应用前景,并对该调温系统提出了进一步改进的思路。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics and global application of GN2temperature adjustment system are introduced.A new type of GN2temperature adjustment system is designed.The principle,characteristics,and main components of the new system are introduced.By calculating and analyzing thermal load,cooling rate and liquid nitrogen consumption of the system,the new system is tested and verified.Experiment results indicated that the new system provided temperature ranging from-175℃to+150℃;cooling rate reaching 2~4℃/min when the temperature is between-175℃to 25;temperature uniformity is within±5℃when temperature in between-150℃ and 150℃.The newly designed GN2systems is a promising temperature adjustment system in terms of simple process,low cost and meeting diverse space environment simulation test requirements.Further enhancement of the new system are also discussed.
