空间环模器热沉温度均匀性研究

Studies on Thermal Uniformity of Gas Nitrogen Heat Sink in Space Environment Simulator

  • 摘要: 热均匀性是热真空试验箱中热沉的主要技术性能指标之一。通过创建热沉数学与物理模型,应用ICEM.CFD软件以数值模拟的方式对热沉温度场进行模拟。通过改变单个热沉管中载冷剂的进口速度、热沉翅片的宽度和厚度以及支管的管径,对热沉热均匀性进行相关的模拟分析。分析结果表明,载冷剂进口速率的增大能够改善热沉的热均匀性;翅片宽度减小、翅片厚度增大以及支管直径增大也可改善热沉的热均匀性。

     

    Abstract: Thermal uniformity is one of the main technical indicators of space environment simulator heat sink.By creating a mathematical and physical model of the heat sink,the ICEM.CFD software is used to simulate the heat sink temperature field by numerical simulation.The thermal uniformity of heat sink was simulated by changing the flow rate of the refrigerant carrier in the single-pipe of the heat sink,the width and the thickness of the heat sink fins,and the pipe diameter of the branch pipes.It shows that the inlet rate of the refrigerant carrier increasing can improve the heat uniformity.The thermal uniformity of the heat sink also improves with decreasing the width of the heat sink fins,increasing the thickness of the heat sink fins and increasing the diameter of the branch pipes.
