小型商用斯特林制冷机液氮温区探索

Possibility of a Commercial Stirling Cryocooler Down to 77 K

  • 摘要: 探索了一款商用斯特林制冷机Cryo S 100实现液氮温区制冷的可能性。通过Sage程序建立了该制冷机数值模型,计算结果表明,当制冷机冷指增加1倍时,可在77 K获得5.1 W制冷量,输入电功率120 W;实验证明,当输入电功率120 W时,制冷机冷头可在77 K获得2.0 W制冷量。

     

    Abstract: An original commercial Stirling cryocooler named Cryo-S 100 with performance of 33 W cooling power@193 K and no-load cooling temperature 91 K.Based on a Sage model of Cryo-S 100 Stirling cryocooler,the calculation results showed that it could be improved to liquid nitrogen temperature range when the length of cold tip simply extended twice.The elongated cooler obtained 2.0 W@77 K with electric input power of 120 W by experiment.
