负压低温板翅式换热器锯齿翅片性能的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Serrated Fin Performance of Plate Fin Heat Exchanger under Negative Pressure and Low Temperature Condition

  • 摘要: 换热器在低温工况下的流动换热性能与常温工况下有明显差异。为分析负压低温工况下板翅式换热器关键结构参数对流动换热性能的影响,构建并完善了锯齿翅片通道内流动换热性能的数值模型。采用中心复合设计方法得到实验点并结合Kriging响应面方法,拟合得到了负压低温氦气在锯齿翅片通道内的流动传热关联式。研究结果表明:j因子与间距、厚度呈正相关,与节距呈负相关,低雷诺数时与高度呈正相关,高雷诺数时与高度呈负相关;f因子与间距、节距呈负相关,与厚度呈正相关,低雷诺数时与翅高呈正相关,高雷诺数时与翅高呈负相关;拟合得到的j因子预测关联式的平均绝对偏差为4.31%,f因子预测关联式的平均绝对偏差为8.79%,两个关联式预测性能良好。该研究结果可以为负压低温板翅式换热器的设计提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: The flow and heat transfer performance of heat exchanger under low temperature condition is obviously different from that under normal temperature condition.In order to analyze the influence of key structural parameters of plate fin heat exchanger on its flow and heat transfer performance under negative pressure and low temperature condition,the numerical model of flow and heat transfer performance in serrated fin channel is constructed and improved.Using the central composite design method to obtain the experimental points and combining with the Kriging response surface method,the flow and heat transfer correlation equation of the negative pressure cryogenic helium in the serrated fin channel is obtained by fitting.The results show that:j factor has positive correlation with spacing and thickness,negative correlation with pitch,positive correlation with height at low Reynolds number,and negative correlation with height at high Reynolds number;f factor has negative correlation with spacing and pitch,positive correlation with thickness,positive correlation with fin height at low Reynolds number,and negative correlation with fin height at high Reynolds number;the average absolute deviation of j factor and f factor is 4.31% and 8.79%,respectively.The two correlations have good prediction performance.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the design of negative pressure low temperature plate fin heat exchanger.
