运载火箭低温蓄压器绝热支架设计及验证

The Design and Testing of Heat Insulated Support for Accumulator under Lower Temperature

  • 摘要: 蓄压器是航天运载器中抑制火箭纵向耦合振动(POGO振动)的重要部件。本文基于新一代运载火箭低温蓄压器传感器、充气手阀的使用需求,开展了玻纤增强聚醚醚酮注塑成型绝热支架设计,实测了玻纤增强聚醚醚酮的材料物性,并进行了绝热效果仿真分析,基于传热学理论,分析了蓄压器表面自然对流系数随表面温度的变化情况,将其应用于传热有限元分析,得到了绝热支架的温度分布及变化过程。绝热支架绝热效果试验验证结果表明,绝热设计有效,满足使用要求。

     

    Abstract: Accumulator is an important facility for the suppression of launch vehicle POGO vibration.This paper develop adiabatic brackets based on the requirement of accumulator used under low temperature,which is a character of new generation launch vehicle.The adiabatic brackets are made of SLT/G-2 PEEK by injection molding.Before the finite element analysis for the insulation effect of adiabatic brackets was carried out,the physical property of PEEK is measured and the variation of surface heat transfer coefficient is calculated based on the theory of heat transfer.The ideal change process of temperature on the surface of adiabatic brackets was obtained.Then a experiment aim at the real change process of temperature on the surface of adiabatic brackets was implemented,which proved the legitimacy of adiabatic brackets design.
