低温贮箱用环形金属隔膜翻转过程数值模拟及特性研究

Research on Rolling Characteristics and Numerical Simulation of Annular Metal Diaphragm in Cryogenic Tank

  • 摘要: 环形金属隔膜低温贮箱作为一种能够满足特殊需求的金属隔膜贮箱,其外围空间能够得到充分利用。环形金属隔膜的启翻位置、启翻压力及翻转过程中的质心偏移都受到其结构的影响,尤其受隔膜厚度分布影响较大。本文建立了不同厚度环形金属隔膜的非线性有限元模型,通过对隔膜翻转过程模拟仿真,研究了不同厚度参数对翻转特性的影响。最后对变厚度环形金属隔膜进行了翻转试验,并测试了隔膜不同位置的翻转压差和侧向摆动,与设计结果进行了对比,分析了实际测量结果与设计结果的差异及产生的原因。

     

    Abstract: The annular metal diaphragm cryogenic tank can meet special needs,such as make full use of the outer space.The starting-rolling-over position,rolling-over pressure and center-of-mass misregistration of the annular metal dia-phragm during the rolling process are all affected by its structure,especially by the thickness distribution of the diaphragm.In this paper,non-linear finite element models of annular metal diaphragms with different thicknesses were established.Through the simulation of the diaphragm rolling process,the influence of different thickness on the rolling characteristics was studied,which provides a reference for the design of similar metal diaphragms.In the end,a rolled-over test was car-ried out for the metal diaphragm with variable thickness.The rolled-over pressure difference and lateral swing of the dia-phragm at different positions were measured and compared with the design results.The difference between the actual mea-surement results and the design results and the reasons were analyzed.
