基于小波分析的电磁阀在轨实时诊断

On Orbit Real Time Diagnosis of Solenoid Valve Based on Wavelet Analysis

  • 摘要: 电磁阀作为航天器主动电位控制系统储供气单元的核心部件,控制气体的截止和流通。电磁阀工作状态直接影响整个系统的有效性与可靠性,因此电磁阀故障在轨实时诊断非常必要。本文提出了一种基于小波分析的电磁阀在轨实时诊断技术,通过小波分解与功率谱分析确定电磁阀故障敏感频率带;设计了适合的滤波器,用以提取有效信息。通过对有效信息的处理分析,达到电磁阀开关故障状态在轨实时诊断的目的。该方法可实现不同型号电磁阀的快速有效故障诊断,提高系统的可靠性与可维修性。

     

    Abstract: The solenoid valve controls the cut-off and circulation of gas as the core component of gas storage and sup-ply unit of the active potential control system.The operating state of the solenoid valve affects the effectiveness and reli-ability of the entire system directly.Therefore,on orbit real time diagnosis of solenoid is indispensable.This article pro-poses a technology of on orbit real time diagnosis of solenoid based on wavelet analysis,which determines the fault sensi-tive frequency band of solenoid valve through wavelet and power spectrum analysis.A filter is designed to extract effec-tive information.The purpose of on orbit real-time diagnosis of solenoid valve s is achieved through the processing and analysis of effective information.At last,this method can realize the diagnosis of different types of solenoid valves quick-ly and effectively,and improve the reliability and maintainability of the system.
