基于全时域方法的自由活塞斯特林发电机工作特性研究

Full-time Domain Analysis on Operating Characteristics of FPSE Stirling Engine

  • 摘要: 为了研究自由活塞斯特林发电机(FPSE)工作过程中内部参数的变化规律及耦合特性,根据各组件所经历的物理过程建立了全时域数值计算模型,进行了斯特林发电机热力学过程与动力学过程耦合求解分析。通过设计参数的输入获得了不同工况下1 kW FPSE的工作特性,计算结果与实验测试结果符合性良好。研究表明,全时域计算模型可为后续斯特林发电机提供设计指导及性能预测。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at operating characteristics of free piston Stirling engine and coupling relationship of inherent parameters,a full-time domain numerical model was established according to physical circumstance of pistons and working space. Thermodynamic parameters could be solved comprehensively through the model. Operating characteristics of LIP's 1 kW FPSE were obtained at different condition. Numerical results and experimental results were compared and conformity was realized. The numerical model is supposed to offer performance predictions and design guidance for further Stirling engines.
