氢能源车液氢阀门密封性能判定方法与真实介质试验研究

Research on Sealing Property Evaluation and Real Flow Medium Test of Liquid Hydrogen Valves for Hydrogen Powered Vehicles

  • 摘要: 目前常规液氢阀门性能检测是在液氮温区下对阀门进行内漏检测和在常温下进行外漏检测,该检测方法不能真实反映液氢工况下的泄漏情况。本研究模拟真实工况,采用液氢介质,检测阀门的低温动作、温度循环性能和泄漏情况,同时调研相关标准,提出氢能源车液氢阀门密封性能检测方法,为氢能源车液氢阀门密封质量鉴定提供了判定依据。

     

    Abstract: Liquid hydrogen valves performances are normally tested using liquid nitrogen which can't reflect the real state. In this paper,cryogenic operation,temperature cycles and leakage tests are carried out using liquid hydrogen considering the high level safety requirements for the hydrogen-powered vehicles. The liquid hydrogen valves leakage testing methods and requirements are put forward basing on the results and relevant standards,which can be adopted for the sealing quality evaluation for liquid valves.
