基于G-M制冷机的低温温度计标定系统

Calibration System of Cryogenic Thermometers Based on G-M Cryocooler

  • 摘要: 基于G-M制冷机设计搭建了一套低温温度计自动标定系统,该标定系统通过温控仪和PLC编程完成自动化控温、数据的记录处理以及数据输出等一体化的标定流程。将经过国外标定的硅二极管半导体温度计作为标准温度计,利用比较分度的方法对PN结温度计进行了标定。在获得温度特性曲线的同时进行了误差分析,发现该系统不仅可以在4.2~100 K低温温区达到较高的标定精度,同时系统的自动化使标定时长缩短,标定效率提高。

     

    Abstract: Based on G-M refrigerator design to build a set of low temperature thermometer calibration system,the calibration system with temperature controller and PLC programming to realize the automatic control temperature records,data processing and data output calibration process of the integration. On the basis of imported silicon semiconductor thermometer calibration completed thermometer,by using the method of comparative index of p-n junction thermometer calibration,obtained the temperature characteristic curve and the error analysis. It is found that the system can not only achieve high calibration accuracy in the low temperature range of 4.2~100 K,but also shorten the calibration time and improve the effciency of the original calibration techonlogy due to the automation of the system.
