排出器动力学特性对斯特林制冷机性能影响分析

Impact Analysis of Displacer Dynamic Characteristics for Stirling Refrigerator

  • 摘要: 为分析斯特林制冷机排出器动力学特性对整机的性能影响,建立了斯特林制冷机热力学模型,并与排出器动力学模型耦合,通过仿真计算,分析了排出器板弹簧刚度、排出器质量等参数对系统的制冷量、排出器振幅和相位角等参数的影响。结果表明,排出器支撑板弹簧刚度存在一个最佳值,使得整机的制冷量最大,最佳频率比在0.85左右。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of the displacer dynamic characteristics for Stirling refrigerator,the ther-modynamic model of the Stirling refrigerator was established and coupled with the dynamic model of the displacer.Through simulation calculation,the parameters such as the displacer flexure spring stiffness and the displacer mass were analyzed for the cooling capacity,displacer amplitude and phase angle of the system affect the relationship,The simulation results show that there is an optimal value for the flexure spring stiffness,which maximizes the cooling capacity of the whole machine,and the optimal frequency ratio is about 0.85.
