反拱带槽型爆破片结构参数研究

Research on Parameter Characteristics of Reverse Domed Scored Bursting Disc

  • 摘要: 爆破片广泛应用于石油、化工、航空航天领域,在压力容器及管路安全保护方面具有重要的作用。反拱带槽型爆破片依靠结构失稳破坏打开,其失稳压力即为打开压力。在选定材料及直径的情况下,爆破片打开压力主要与其厚度、起拱高度、减弱槽剩余厚度等结构参数相关。为了提升反拱带“十字”槽型爆破片成型工艺性能,本文研究了爆破片的主要结构参数对打开压力的影响规律,分析了参数选取对成型工艺及性能的影响,给出了参数选取的基本原则,对于爆破片的工程应用具有一定的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: Bursting disc is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry and aerospace,which has important role in pressure vessels and pipelines safety protection.The reverse domed scored bursting disc is opened by structural instability,and the opening pressure is equal to the bursting pressure of the structure.Under the condition of certain material and design diameter,the bursting pressure is mainly related to the thickness of the bursting disc,the camber height and the residual thickness of the notch area.In order to improve the forming process performance of reverse domed "cross" scored bursting disc,this paper studies the influence of the above main parameters on its opening pressure,and analyzes the influence of parameter selection on the forming process and product performance.Finally,this paper gives the basic principles of parameter selection,which has a certain guiding significance for engineering application.
