轻火石玻璃空间辐射效应及试验方法

Study on Space Radiation Effect and Ground Simulation Method of Light Flint Glass

  • 摘要: 利用γ射线源,开展了空间用轻火石(QF)玻璃的空间辐射效应及试验方法研究。研究了QF在不同总剂量辐照条件下的性能退化规律。获得了轻火石玻璃最大辐照剂量达100 Mrad的辐射效应试验数据,总结了QF玻璃辐射效应变化规律。通过光谱解析等方法,分析了QF玻璃空间辐射效应机理及辐射损伤来源。建立了QF玻璃性能退化模型,QF玻璃随辐照剂量的增大呈现指数衰减规律。进行了QF玻璃在常温、343 K及373 K条件下的退火试验,总结了QF玻璃的退火规律,并将退火的影响应用于控制光学玻璃材料辐照后测试时间。

     

    Abstract: The space radiation effect of flint glass(QF)is studied by using 60Co gamma radiation facility.The performances of QF glass's sample changed with dose at two dose rate situation are obtained.The ground simulation test methods of the flint glass are discussed.The maximum exposure dosed is 100Mrad.The variation of sample properties with dose is discussed.An exponential function is proposed to describe the absorption increase when the total dose rises.The annealing experiments of QF glass at room temperature,343 K and 373 K were carried out,and the annealing rules of QF glass were summarized.The influence of annealing was applied to control the test time of optical glass after irradiation.
