红外探测器杜瓦真空寿命研究进展

Research Progress of Infrared Detector Dewar Vacuum Life

  • 摘要: 随着军事、航天、航空等领域的发展,红外探测器正向超大面阵、超长线列方向发展,对红外探测器封装杜瓦提出了高可靠、长寿命和轻量化的要求。本文介绍了国内外杜瓦真空寿命的研究进展,部分杜瓦可实现10年以上的真空寿命。分析了影响红外探测器杜瓦真空寿命的因素,包括杜瓦漏气、杜瓦材料放气及气体渗漏等。总结了提高杜瓦真空寿命的手段,最后给出了红外探测器组件发展中需要注重研究的相关技术。

     

    Abstract: With the development of military,aerospace,aviation and other fields,infrared detectors are developing in the direction of ultra-large area arrays and ultra-long lines.The infrared detector packaging Dewar has put forward high re-liability,long life,and lightweight requirements.This article summarizes the progress of Dewar vacuum life at home and abroad.Some Dewar can achieve vacuum life of more than 10 years.The factors affecting the vacuum life of infrared detector Dewar are introduced,including Dewar leakage,Dewar material outgassing and gas leakage,etc.,summarized the relevant technology to reduce the influence of Dewar leakage and material outgassing and the means to improve the vacuum life of the Dewar.Finally,the related technologies that need to be studied under the development trend of infrared detector components are given.
