离子推力器寿命试验总结与展望

Review and Prospect of Ion Thruster Life Tests

  • 摘要: 在充分调研国内外成熟度较高的离子推力器产品地面寿命试验的基础上,总结了关键失效磨损试验、工程型号寿命试验、产品极限寿命试验和综合评价寿命试验等四类离子推力器寿命试验的目的、方法、结果及应用。通过不同寿命试验方法之间、试验验证寿命与工程应用寿命之间、不同失效模式及其试验验证方法之间的对比分析,总结了各类寿命试验的成功经验和失败教训。结合现有寿命试验中存在的问题以及未来航天任务对寿命试验的新需求,展望了离子推力器寿命试验方法与技术的发展方向和突破点。

     

    Abstract: Based on a full-scale investigation of the ground life tests of ion thrusters with high readiness level at home and abroad,the purpose,method,result,and application of four types of life tests are summarized,including wear test,en-gineering life test,failure-ended life test and comprehensive evaluation life test.Through comparative analysis of different test methods,test-verified life and service life,and different failure modes with their verifications,the successful and failed experience of these life tests are summarized.Considering the problems in existing life tests and the new requirements for life test in future space missions,the development of life test technology for ion thruster is prospected.
