液氢活塞泵的发展现状与关键技术分析

Development Status and Key Technologies of Liquid Hydrogen Piston Pump

  • 摘要: 随着我国氢能产业中液氢民用相关国家标准的发布,国内氢液化、储存、运输和加注等液氢产业链条进入高速发展时期。在液氢储运和加注环节,液氢泵是提高能效、降低成本并适用于液氢产业市场化和大规模应用的关键核心设备。总结了液氢泵在液氢产业化发展中的优势,介绍了液氢泵的发展现状。对液氢活塞泵结构进行了分析,给出了液氢流量、液氢排出压力、液氢泵容积效率和液氢蒸发损失量四个衡量液氢泵性能的关键指标。针对影响关键指标的关键因素,进一步分析和探讨了冷量损失抑制技术、机构磨损减少技术以及容积泄漏损失抑制技术等关键技术,对液氢活塞泵的性能改进进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: With the release of national standards related to liquid hydrogen for civil use in China's hydrogen energy industry,the liquid hydrogen industry chain of domestic hydrogen liquefaction,storage,transportation and refueling has entered a period of rapid development.In the process of storage,transportation and filling of liquid hydrogen,liquid hydrogen pump is the key equipment to improve energy efficiency,reduce cost and be suitable for the marketization and largescale application of liquid hydrogen industry.The advantages of liquid hydrogen pump in the industrial development of liquid hydrogen are summarized,and the development status of liquid hydrogen pump is introduced.The structure of liquid hydrogen piston pump is studied.Four key parameters including mass flow rate,output pressure,pump volume efficiency and liquid hydrogen evaporation loss are given to evaluate the performance of liquid hydrogen pump.In view of the key factors affecting the key parameters,the key technologies,such as suppression of cooling capacity loss,mechanical wear reduction and suppression of volume leakage loss technology,are further analyzed and discussed,which provides pros-pects for improving the performance of liquid hydrogen pump.
