基于RC负载法的线性压缩机PV功输出反馈特性研究

PV Work Output and Feedback Characteristic of Linear Compressor Based on RC Load Approach

  • 摘要: 压缩机对膨胀机输出的PV功是评价压缩机性能的重要指标。用RC负载法可以模拟多种膨胀机,简化对压缩机与膨胀机之间匹配问题的研究。利用针阀连接气库与线性压缩机,搭建RC负载试验平台,测量了线性压缩机在多种工况下的输出声功特性和电源输出的反馈特性,用电压平衡和受力平衡分析不同负载下的测试结果。将理论计算与试验结果进行比对,验证了理论的准确性,为压缩机和膨胀机匹配优化奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: PV work output from compressor to expander is an important index to evaluate compressor performence.The RC load method can be used to simulate many expanders and simplily the reseach on the matching problem be tween compressor and expander.The RC load test platform is established by connecting the linear compressor with the needle valve and the buffer.The feedback characteristics of linear compressor output acoustic power and power output in a variety of operating conditions are measured,and the test results of different loads were analyzed by voltage balance and force balance.The theoretical calculations are compared with experimental results to provide basis for the matching of compressor and expander.
