一种新型加热丝红外笼的设计及研究

Design and Research of a New Infrared Cage with Heater Strip Structure

  • 摘要: 设计研制了一种用于卫星组件热真空试验的新型红外加热笼,与传统加热带红外笼相比,具有覆盖系数低、降温速率快等特点。通过对三种不同覆盖系数的红外笼的仿真计算,分析了不同加热功率下的试件的温度特性。比较红外笼的试验测试结果与仿真结果,结果表明,受试验测试中热沉背景升温及控温策略影响,同工况下试件的温度均匀性及降温速率较仿真结果要差一些。试验测试中通过对红外笼分区控温,优化了试件的温度均匀性,试验试件温度均匀性优于2 K。

     

    Abstract: A new infrared heating cage for thermal vacuum test of satellite components is designed and developed.Compared with the traditional heater band structure infrared cage,it has the characteristics of lower covering coefficient and faster cooling rate.Through the simulation of three infrared cages with different covering coefficients,the temperature characteristics of the product at different heating power are summarized and analyzed.The experimental testing results and simulation results of the developed infrared cage are compared and analyzed.The simulation and test results show that the temperature uniformity and cooling rate of the test specimen under the same working condition are worse than the simula-tion results due to the influence of the heat sink background temperature rise and temperature control strategy in the test.The temperature uniformity of the specimen is optimized by partition of the infrared cage,the temperature uniformity of the specimen is better than 2 K.
