月尘环境下太阳入射角对太阳能电池输出特性影响研究

Influence of Solar Incidence Angle on Solar Cell Output Characteristics under Lunar Dust Environment

  • 摘要: 在月表环境中,月尘沉降在太阳能电池表面会改变太阳能电池的输出特性,降低太阳能电池效率和使用寿命。通过理论分析建立了模型,计算得到了太阳能电池输出参数与太阳光入射角度之间的关系;搭建了测试平台,测量了不同入射光角度(0~90°)下太阳能电池输出特性,得到了太阳能电池短路电流、开路电压和转化效率等参数随太阳光入射角的变化曲线,该曲线变化趋势与模型预测结果相符。研究可用于未来在轨太阳能电池的标定及月尘测量数据的反演。

     

    Abstract: In the lunar surface environment,the lunar dust which settle on the solar cells will change the output para-ments,thus reducing the on-orbit output efficiency and service life of solar cells.In this paper,a model is built through the-oretical analysis,the relationship between solar cell output parameters and solar light incident angle is calculated,and a platform which is used to investigate the output characteristics of solar cells is built to measure the short-circuit current,open-circuit voltage and transfer efficiency of solar cells and to plot the related curves,the curves' trend is consistent with the model prediction results.The conclusions of this paper can be used for the calibration of on-orbit solar cells in the future,and calculating reversely the data related to the lunar dust.
