小型离子阱质谱技术研究进展

Recent Advances on Miniaturized Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 离子阱质量分析器具有结构简单、真空度要求低、灵敏度高、可串联质谱分析等一系列特点,在现代生化分析中发挥着重要的作用。为了提高离子阱质谱的分析性能,满足不断出现的分析需求,基于成熟的离子阱理论,各种离子阱质谱新技术不断涌现。特别是离子阱已越来越多地应用于小型化质谱仪,并且开始在现场分析领域发挥越来越重要的作用。聚焦离子阱操作新模式、新结构设计及功能新拓展三个方面,对近五年来出现的小型离子阱质谱新技术作综述性介绍。

     

    Abstract: With simple in structure,low vacuum requirement,high sensitivity and tandem mass spectrometry,ion trap mass analyzer has played important roles in modern biological and chemical analysis.In order to improve the analytical performance of ion traps and meet the emerging analytical needs,various new ion trap techniques have been emerging based on the mature ion trap theory.In particular,ion traps have been more and more widely used by miniature mass spectrometers and are beginning to play an increasingly important role in field analysis Mainly focusing on new operation modes,structure designs and expanded functions of ion traps,this paper reviewed the new developed techniques for ion trap mass spectrometry in recent five years.
