质谱校准标准气体压力和组分精确控制影响度分析

Analysis of Influence Degree of Accurate Control of Pressure and Composition of Calibration Standard Gas for Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 研究质谱校准标准气体压力和组分产生的各方面影响度,对提高发射现场标准气体的配制精度,实现新一代火箭共底泄漏监测系统精确校准、性能评价、在轨故障分析等具有重要意义。通过研究分子流进样技术、校准室容积精确测量技术、质谱计最佳工作参数设置等,实现对标准气体压力和组分的精确控制。通过分析影响质谱校准标准气体压力和组分的因素,设计了便携式标准气体产生装置。利用标准混合样品气进行氧-氮、氢-氮的校准系数时间稳定性试验。试验结果表明,质谱计多离子扫描模式比模拟峰检测模式测得的校准系数偏大。随着时间的延长,两种模式测得的校准系数均具有较好的稳定性,平衡时间约为2 h。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the influence of various aspects of the pressure and composition of the mass calibration standard gas, which is of great significance to improve the preparation accuracy of the standard gas at the launch site, and to realize the accurate calibration, performance evaluation, and in-orbit fault analysis of the new generation of rocket bulkhead leakage monitoring system.Through the research of molecular flow injection technology, accurate measurement technology of calibration chamber volume, and the best working parameters of mass spectrometer, the purpose of accurate control of standard gas pressure and components is achieved.A portable standard gas generator was designed by analyzing the factors affecting the pressure and composition of the standard gas for mass spectrometry calibration.The time stability test of the calibration coefficients of oxygen-nitrogen and hydrogen-nitrogen was carried out using the standard mixed sample gas.The results showed that the calibration coefficients measured by the multi-ion scanning mode of the mass spectrometer were larger than those measured by the simulated peak detection mode. However, with the extension of time, the calibration coefficients measured by the two modes had good stability, and the equilibrium time was about 2 hours.
