Summary on Measurement Methods of Piston Motion Displacement Applied for Linear Compressors

  • 摘要: 线性压缩机因其结构简单、运行可靠、效率高等特点,在小型低温制冷机的研究中得到广泛应用,其中活塞位移是监测其输出PV功的重要指标。概述了目前线性压缩机的活塞运动位移测量方法,包括LVDT、电容式位移传感器、应变片和激光位移传感器四种直接测量方法以及测量压力波动和加速度两种间接测量方法。简要阐述了测量原理,比较了各种测量方法的适用场合及优缺点,对线性压缩机活塞位移测量方法的选择具有一定的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Due to their simple structure, reliable operation and high efficiency, linear compressors are widely used in the research of miniature cryocoolers.The piston displacement is a significant indicator to monitor the output PV work provided by the compressor. This paper summarizes the existing methods to measure the piston motion displacement applied for linear compressors, including four direct measurement methods using LVDT, capacitance displacement transducer, strain gauge and laser displacement transducer, as well as two indirect measurement methods by pressure fluctuation or acceleration. The measuring principles are briefly illustrated, and the applications, advantages and disadvantages of various measurement methods are compared.This work provides a certain reference for the selection of piston displacement measurement methods for linear compressors.
