基于液氮预冷的20 K低温氦气循环系统设计

Design of 20 K Cold Helium Circulation System Based on Liquid Nitrogen Precooling

  • 摘要: 在低温氦气循环系统设计中,为循环提供动力的方式一般包括常温压缩机和低温离心风机两种。低温离心风机提供循环动力时,工况难以预测;常温压缩机提供循环动力时,换热损失较大。设计了基于液氮预冷的低温氦气循环系统,并对回热器、冷头换热器进行了详细的设计,测试了加热负载及循环质量流量对系统稳定运行时性能的影响。试验结果表明:在消耗电功率19.7 kW时,能提供质量流量为0.84 g/s,冷量为50 W @19.3 K的低温循环氦气,具有一定的工程实用性,对低温氦气循环系统的设计具有一定的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: In the design of cold helium circulation system, there are generally two ways to provide power for the circulation: compressors at normal temperature and centrifugal fans at cryogenic temperature. When cryogenic temperature centrifugal fans provide power for the circulation, the working condition is difficult to predict. The heat transfer loss is large when the compressor provides circulating power at normal temperature. In this paper, a cold helium circulation system based on liquid nitrogen precooling was designed, and the regenerator and cold head heat exchanger were designed in detail. The effects of heating load and circulation mass flow rate on the system performance under stable operation were tested. The test results showed that when the electric power was 19.7 kW, the cryogenic circulating helium gas with mass flow rate of 0.84 g/s and cooling capacity of 50 W @19.3 K can be provided, which have certain engineering practicability and provide certain reference significance for the design of cryogenic helium circulating system.
