液氢零蒸发储存系统研究现状与展望

Development and Prospect of Liquid Hydrogen Zero Boil-off Storage System

  • 摘要: 液氢储能密度大,应用前景广泛,实现零蒸发储存是液氢储存的目标。介绍了过热蒸气模型、两相流三维理论模型和三区模型等五种典型的理论模型。通过对模型的分析,总结了模型的发展方向主要为大型液氢储罐热分层和自增压现象的理论研究。分析了目前液氢零蒸发储存系统的关键技术,包括被动热防护技术、主动热防护技术和压力控制技术三个方面,指出了绝热材料性能、20 K温区制冷机效率和蒸气冷屏(VCS)为重要的发展方向。对国内外液氢零蒸发储存系统的发展进行了系统性的概述,分析了不同液氢零蒸发储存系统的实验结果,以及特点和不足。最后针对液氢零蒸发储存系统的发展提出了展望。

     

    Abstract: The goal of liquid hydrogen storage is to realize Zero Boil-Off (ZBO) storage because of its high energy storage density and wide application prospect. The five typical theoretical models such as superheated vapor、two-phase flow and multi-zone models are introduced. Through the analysis of the models, it is concluded that the main development direction of the models is the theoretical study of thermal stratification and self-pressurization of large liquid hydrogen storage tanks. Then, the key technologies of liquid hydrogen ZBO storage system is analyzed, including passive insulation, active insulation and pressure control technologies. It is pointed out that the breakthrough directions are the performance of insulation materials, the efficiency of 20 K cryogenic refrigerator and vapor cold shield. After that, the development of liquid hydrogen ZBO storage system is systematically summarized, and the experimental results of different schemes are analyzed. Their advantage and disadvantage are further stated. Finally, prospect for the liquid hydrogen ZBO storage system is present.
