  • 摘要: 低温绝热支撑(POST)是ADS加速器大型低温恒温器中涉及冷质量的关键部件,对冷质量的固定支撑、静态漏热、精密准直、低温冷缩等起到至关重要的作用。介绍了POST过盈量与接触应力的变化关系。采用有限元仿真分析了POST在不同状态下的热、力耦合,计算了降温过程中POST的接触应力变化,研究了玻璃纤维筒体在不同状态下的变形情况,分析了POST拉伸试验结果。为后续优化设计提供了理论基础和研究依据。

     

    Abstract: The cryogenic insulation support(POST) is a key component related to the cold mass in the cryomodule of ADS accelerator, playing a crucial role in the fixed support, static heat leakage, precision alignment, and cryogenic shrinkage of cold mass. The relationship of POST is introduced between interference and contact stress. Thermal and mechanical coupling analysis of POST is studied by finite element. The contact stress changes of POST during the cooling process are calculated, and the deformation of glass fiber cylinder in different states is studied. The POST tensile test results are analyzed. This provides a theoretical basis and research reference for subsequent optimization design.
