Abstract: The uses and characteristics of the liquid nitrogen biological container are introduced briefly in this paper. The works of quality supervision and management are summarized,which have been done from 1977 to prolong the holdingtilne of liquid nitrogen,increase assortments,standardize sizes,enhance the reliafility and use life,and improve the economic benefit.
