PFPE型润滑脂抗辐照性能研究

THE RESEARCH OF ANTI-RADIATION PROPERTY OF PFPE VACUUM GREASE

  • 摘要: 针对空间飞行器中常采用的PFPE润滑脂,进行了其耐辐照环境适用性的研究。采用红外光谱对辐照前后的润滑脂进行结构分析,证明润滑脂中的特征醚键(-C-O-C-)没有发生断链,即润滑脂的性质没有发生改变;润滑脂中的C-C链发生少许断裂,生成小分子,从而使其出气量有所升高。对辐照前后的润滑脂进行了四球磨痕、四球烧结负荷、胶体安定性和真空蒸发速率测试。测试结果表明,辐照前后润滑脂性能基本一致,润滑脂能够耐受本试验进行的辐照剂量。

     

    Abstract: The anti-radiation property of one kind of PFPE grease used in spacecraft is studied.The condition of radiation test is 1.5×104 rad(Si).Structural analysis were carried out using infrared absorption spectrum.The results show that PFPE grease’s characteristic-C-O-C-chain hasn,t broken off.Only a few-C-C-chain broke off which resulted in some increase of grease’s outgas.The four-ball wear scar,four-ball extreme-pressure weld point,oil separation and vacuum evaporating rate in properties of greases which no and enduring radiation were evaluated.The results show that the above properties of radiating greases are consistent with those of no radiation ones.So PFPE grease can stand 1.5×104 rad(Si) radiation condition.
