热声热机蓄热型换热器实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTINGATION ON REGENERATIVE HEAT EXCHANGER OF THERMOACOUSTIC ENGINE

  • 摘要: 热声热机具有可靠、环保及可利用低品位能源等优点,在余热利用方面有着广阔的发展前景。分析了传统换热器应用于余热利用热声热机中的不足,提出用蜂窝陶瓷材料的蓄热型换热器。建立了简易的实验台,对蜂窝陶瓷导热性能及蓄热性能进行实验,发现当蜂窝陶瓷热端温度由409℃降至377℃,冷端可以在120 s内保持温度恒定,证明其具有良好的蓄热能力。

     

    Abstract: Thermoacoustic engine has a very bullish prospect for development at an aspect of being utilized for waste heat with advantages of reliability,environmental protection,capability of utilizing low quality heat source and so on.This article analyzes the inadequacy of traditional heat exchanger applied in thermoacoustic energy for utilizing waste heat and then put forward regenerative heat exchanger made of honeycomb ceramic material.A simple test bench is established,and by experiments in researching its capabilities of thermal conduction and storagei,t is found that the temperature in cold side sustain constantly when hot temperature drops from 409 ℃ to 377 ℃ in 120 secondst,his great thermal storage ability of honeycomb ceramic material is proved.
