行波型热声制冷机及混合工质的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF A TRAVELLING WAVE THERMOACOUSTIC REFRIGERATOR AND MIXTURE OF HELIUM AND NITROGEN

  • 摘要: 行波型热声制冷机,因采用热声发动机驱动脉冲管制冷机,使消除低温制冷机中的运动部件成为可能。作者建立了行波型热声制冷机实验装置,采用氮气、氦气及其混合气进行了行波型热声发动机与脉冲管制冷机的配合实验,获得73.8℃的最大温降。着重研究了热端气体温度、压力振幅和冷端温降的变化规律。

     

    Abstract: A travelling wave thermoacoustic refrigerator,which is a pulse tube refrigerator driven by a travelling wave thermoacoustic prime engine,has no moving parts.An experimental apparatus of a travelling wave thermoacoustic refrigerator has been set up.The helium,nitrogen and their mixtures are chosen for the experiments.The refrigeration performance of the thermoacousic prime engine driven pulse tube has been tested and the largest temperature decline of 73.8℃ was obtained. The experiments focused on the temperatue of the gas in the hot end heat exchanger,pressure amplitude and the temperature decline of the cold end of the pulse tube.
