Fe-SiO2颗粒膜的磁性和隧道磁电阻效应

THE MAGNETIC PROPERTIES AND TUNNELING MAGNETO-RESISTANCE EFFECT IN Fe-SiO2 GRANULAR FILMS

  • 摘要: 采用射频共溅射方法制备了不同金属体积分数fυ的Fe-SiO2颗粒膜,利用X射线衍 射、透射电镜、Mǒssbauer效应和振动样品磁强计详细研究了薄膜的结构、磁性及磁电阻效 应。结果表明:fυ为0.33时,得到磁电阻最大值-3.3%。Fe0.33(SiO2)0.67样品在室 温下表现出超顺磁性,对该样品的变温Mǒssbauer谱研究表明:颗粒的尺寸分布满足对数正 态分布。探讨了TMP与Fe的依赖关系。

     

    Abstract: Fe-SiO2 granular films with various fraction of metal volume fυ were prepared by rf co-sputtering method.X-ray diffraction,transmission electron m icroscopy,Mǒssbauer spectroscopy,vibrating sample magnetometer and resistivity measurements were used to investigate the structure,magnetic properties and tunn eling magnetoresistance (TMR).It was found that the TMR reached a maximum of 3.3% at fυ =0.33 and the film appeared superparamagnetism at room temperature.The results of Mǒssbauer spectra recorded at various temperatures indicated that th e size distribution of granule followed the lognormal distribution.The metal Fe composition dependent of TMR in Fe-SiO2 films was also discussed.
