纸浆模塑设备真空吸滤过程工艺参数研究*

摘要: 对纸浆模塑设备的关键工序——吸滤过程主要工艺参数对产品性能指标的影响进行了分析,并利用"正交回归"的实验方法对该过程进行了优化设计。通过优化,找到了能使纸浆模塑设备在吸滤后获得最佳除水率的作业参数配合点。在调试中,直接把真空度设定在最佳值,在此基础上再去调试其他参数,可大大减少调试过程中的实验次数,提高生产效率。Abstract: As a new kind of low energy-consuming and environmental protection equipment, automatic equipment of pulp model snack container has been accepted widely. Main technological parameter of the key process vacuum filter affect the quality of products is studied. This process is optimized by means of "cross regression"bass on productive equipment. The best parameter cooperation had been obtained to be able to make the moulding equipment of paper pulp get that excludes water rate after vacuum filter process by optimization. In debug course, the vacuum degree was set directly at the best value. The other parameters debug again. It can reduce the test frequency in debug course greatly and raise production efficiency.
